All submissions received are reviewed and juried by show directors. Artisans accepted will received their space / booth assignment in the mail. Applications denied will be returned with the submitted fee by the show directors. Westhampton Beach Village Green & Gazebo Mill Road and Main Street Westhampton Beach, New York 11978 The Annual Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce Spring Arts & Crafts Show brings 75 artisans and craftsman from near and far to the Westhampton Beach Village Green and Gazebo the first weekend of June 2012. The Show is open each day Saturday, June 2nd from 10AM until 6PM and Sunday June 3rd from 10AM until 5PM.
There will be a large and varied amount of both art and crafts present such as fine art, sculpture, stained glass, fiber, jewelry, wood furniture, clay, pottery, shell art, blown glass, metal work and so much more.Please contact the event administrator first before returning your application if you are a jewelry artisan. The Following is a BOOTH SPACE MAP of the Westhampton Beach Village Green that was been revised for the October 2011 Art & Crafts Show and will be utilized for both shows in 2012. Please refer to this map from now on. All booth numbers face in the direction of the booth itself.

The annual Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce Fall Arts & Crafts Show brings over 75 artisans and craftsman from near and far to the Westhampton Beach Village Green this Columbus Day Weekend 2012. Considering Monday is the Columbus Day holiday, we have once again expanded this show to encompass three full days - Saturday through Monday - October 6, 7 & 8, 2012. The shows are open each day from 10AM until 5PM.
There will be a large and varied selection of both fine art and crafts present including watercolors, pastels, oils, sculpture, stained glass, fiber work, jewelry, wood furnishings, clay, shell art, pottery, blown glass, metal work and so much more. Each craft category is limited. The Jewelry category closes out very early for this show. Please contact the event administrator first before returning your application if you are a jewelry artisan. Please read all Artist Submission Forms and Rules & Regulations Carefully! *** All booth space sizes are the same throughout the show 10' x 10'. There is no bad location at these shows !
*** It is the policy of the Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce Arts & Crafts show producers that ALL booth spaces must be tented. Only WHITE tents are allowed! If your tent is a color other than white, you will be asked to pack up and leave the show grounds without refund. *** Staking Tents into the ground on the Westhampton Beach Village Green is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN by the Incorporated Vilage of Westhampton Beach. All booth tents must be adequately weighted down for artist and product safety, potential inclement weather and gusty winds utilizing a system that does not involve stakes into the ground. All vendors acknowledge this strict policy with the acceptance of your application and your presence at the shows. Total disregard for this local municipal policy will result in your removal from the show, banning from any future shows orchestrated by the Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce and possible fine directly by The Incorporated Village of Westhampton Beach Department of Code Compliance.
*** The decisions of Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Arts & Crafts Show Producers must be adhered to and are FINAL.
